How far in advance should I reach out?
I recommend reaching out as soon as you decide you’d like to work with me. I work with my clients on a first come first serve basis, so the sooner you reach out, the sooner we can begin the process.
What is your turnaround time after I inquire?
Start dates vary depending on the number of projects ahead of yours. If there are no projects before you, your property can potentially be staged in as quick as two weeks upon my receiving your completed contract and deposit.
Which areas do you service?
I primarily work within Broward and Palm Beach counties, staging homes in Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and the surrounding areas.
I have a great eye for detail myself, do I still need a home stager?
Yes! A certified home stager is well-versed in balancing various design elements in a way that’s aesthetically pleasing but still appeals to a wide-range of potential buyers.
As a home stager, which design elements do you cover?
Any and everything! I’m available for the smaller projects that only need a few furniture pieces and accent accessories, the larger projects that require a full refresh of everything right down to the paint job, and every project in between.
