Accentuating every home’s silver lining with a quintessential blend of design and strategy
Of course a strong vision & eye for design is crucial to successfully staging a home: for breathing life into an uninspired space, knowing how to balance contrasting textures and patterns, understanding the art of furniture placement to appeal to aesthetics and function—and all while staying in touch with the latest trends.
But for a home staging project to be truly effective, these skills need to be carefully balanced with a deep understanding of the buyer’s perspective. Of strategically crafting a space that’s not only aesthetically pleasing, but aesthetically pleasing to everyone.

Meet Your Home Stager, Andrea Ganz:
With 30+ years in the luxury market and a deeply-rooted passion for design, transforming spaces into inviting homes is where I shine.
Though, that’s only the beginning.
In designing these refined spaces, my true expertise lies in elevating your property’s market value and supporting you in selling it faster—and therefore surpassing every one of your expectations.
Finding my home within home staging.
After retiring from my long-time corporate career five years ago, I quickly realized I wasn’t ready to stop working entirely.
Instead, after having designed several homes over the years, home staging felt like a clear next step and perfect opportunity to combine my passion for design with my diverse skill set.
And now I get to bring my unique vision, eye-for-detail, and creative resourcefulness together and inspire potential buyers to see your space in an entirely new light.
